With pickling and canning season in full swing, you may be wondering what you were thinking of when planning all the sowings. Too many onions? Then just store them until you can deal with them. There's still time to sow some winter vegetables, like kale and chinese cabbage, even some other cabbages will grow well in the warm fall days, then get even sweeter in cooler nights.

There are ways of growing many crops together, so use intercropping to fill in the gaps and gain more space. See you soon - hopefully in the garden.
